Following welcome drinks in the bar and a delicious 3 course dinner with like-minded equestrians, sit back and enjoy Caroline’s inspirational and motivational after dinner speech. Caroline will chat about the strategies she uses with the riders she coaches and explain how you can apply these techniques to anything you do in life. She’ll stress the importance of understanding that you only get out of life what you put in and why 100% focus is required for success. Caroline will also share her experiences of working at the top of equestrian sport, and how she’s developed a training system that’s second to none – plus how equestrian professionals can personally strive to be their very best using the acronym PRIDE - personal responsibility in developing excellence. It’s going to be a fun and thought provoking evening.
After riding at top level, Caroline Moore, Fellow of the British horse Society and Youth Performance Coach, now coaches riders at all levels with an emphasis on performance driven through a successful system. This well proven system has supported riders in their quest to win individual and team medals at Junior, Young Rider, Senior Europeans and World Championships.
