We hope you enjoy our books and find them informative and inspiring. Please note that all book sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for books if you change your mind or decide that the book is not what you expected.

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing an order. If you would like more information about a specific title, please feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help.

In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Webinar Terms and Conditions

Although we will reasonably do anything to help if you have problems registering or accessing the webinar, we are unable to accept any responsibility or liability for a failure of your equipment, if you omit to register for the webinar or, cannot watch the 7 day link with in the allotted time frame. Once the 7 day link expires we are unable to extend it.

Please note that due to copyright, all of our online material is viewed through an Academy Account.

None of our online material is downloadable.

We are unable to take any responsibility if for any reason you are unable to access zoom.

If you are unable to access the webinar on the night we will still send you the 7 day recording. If you would like lifetime access to the recording this cannot replace the live webinar. It can be purchased here:

We are unable to answer phone calls or emails relating to any aspect of the webinar whilst we are on air.

We open the webinars 30 minutes in advance to give everyone plenty of time to log in.

Webinar Cancellation Policy

We charge 10% for cancellations to cover the booking fees and admin for any reason up to one week in advance and 100% thereafter. Non Transferable.

If for any reason we are unable to broadcast the webinar we will send you a full refund.

Course/Event Cancellation Policy

We charge 25% for cancellations for any reason up to two weeks in advance and 100% thereafter unless we can fill the place from a waiting list, in which case we will then refund 75%. Non Transferable.

Privacy Policy

When you sign up to our mailing list or opt in to receive SMS messages, we will only contact you in relation to Horses Inside Out news, articles, courses, events, books, posters, resources and our conference.

We will not pass your details on to anyone else for their marketing purposes.

The information we may hold includes your name, email address, mobile telephone number, country and county of residence or your postal address, your equestrian interest or profession, and details of any previous courses you have attended.

We currently use Wix to securely send email newsletters, manage SMS communications (where applicable), and securely store and manage your information.

We will only contact you by email, SMS or, very occasionally, by telephone where necessary to resolve a problem or respond to an enquiry.

You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included at the end of every marketing email.

If you have opted in to receive SMS marketing, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any marketing text message. For assistance, reply HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network provider. Your consent to receive SMS marketing is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
