2019 has been a busy, fun and productive year. Here's a summary of what we've been up to...
As usual, our year began with our conference. The 2019 This conference, focused on 'Moving Forward' in the literal, practical, theoretical and scientific sense. With inspiration from experts in their fields we investigated training, rehabilitation and the importance of well fitting, well designed tack.
Myofascial Connections with Dr Vibeke Elbrond
We were so pleased to host Dr Vibeke Elbrond in 2019 and we are delighted that Vibeke will be sharing her knowledge and wisdom with us once again both at our annual conference and on a 2 day courses for professional therapists in April 2020.
Myofascial Chains and Release Courses a Huge Success
We have expanded and developed our Horses Inside Out Myofascial Chains and Myofascial Release Techniques courses for professional therapists. These have been really well received in the UK, Poland, Holland, Denmark and Australia. We hope many horses are benefiting as a result!
Working with The British Horse Society
We were delighted to be asked to present at the British Horse Societies National Conventions at various venues all round the UK and Ireland . We have also given talks and demonstrations for some of the the local regions. 2019 also saw the publication of the latest BHS Complete Horsemanship book series for which Gillian provided the anatomy chapters.
Progress towards the next book
During 2019 we have made exciting progress towards Gillian's next book Anatomy in Action. This is a clever book with both fold out pictures and video, encourages the reader to study the images from a mix of disciplines and a variety of movements. It is designed to be pored over assessed and enjoyed.
The Latest Technology
In 2019 we have been busy updating, replacing, expanding and developing the video material which is used in the Horses Inside Out courses and video lectures. Employing the latest high definition and slow motion technology our photographer Matthew Roberts has worked with us to ensure stunning results. If you come to a Horses Inside Out Event this year you will be able to benefit from seeing it!
